The Martínez Family desired a new terrace where light could enter to the interior spaces of the house. They also wanted to maintain the garden character already built next to the house. The terrace was designed considering a buffer space in one of the corners where three existing trees could be part of the new design. The height of the terrace makes the space breathe light and the garden into the residence. The front facade originally had a clay sculpture designed by Architect Jaime Suárez. These pieces were preserved and reused as part of the new facade design.
